Returns

We have a 14 day return policy for change of mind or incorrect items

If you wish to make a return for change of mind or it's not what you hoped, we are happy to offer a store credit valid for 2 years for the individual item only. 

Item is to be returned to Aussie diecast at customers expense, credit will be issued when goods are received back at our warehouse with a copy of return notice issued by AUSSIE diecast.

There is definately no return for change of mind for any individual items that have been opened from sealed packaging.

eg: cases, cars removed from blister packs, shrink wrap removed from boxes, sealed cases opened.

Pre orders

Pre-orders may only be cancelled in writing, and before the stock arrives.

Should you wish to cancel a preorder, please reach out via email or shop chat, and we will happily cancel your preorder, and issue a store credit valid for 2 years.

Sealed Cases and Chase Cars

From time to time Mattel rework cases at their discretion. We do NOT open cases and reseal them, we don't have time, and you purchased a factory sealed case.

There is no guarantee of Chase 0/5 cars in sealed cases.

Should you purchase a factory sealed case with damages inside, please reach out to via either the shop chat on our website or send us an email with photos of the damages and we will do our best to help out.
