Your order will be processed and packed within 24-48 hours (business days)

We use Australia Post for all domestic and International parcels.

Free standard postage Australia wide for orders over $200.00

Flat rate shipping Australia wide $15.00 (orders under $200)

Express shipping $35.00 (All Australia wide orders)

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for standard postage within Australia via Australia Post.

For international residents we offer calculated postage based on weight and dimensions of your order. We will try our best give you the most affordable postage options available from our region Sydney Australia.

International postage will automatically be calculated upon checkout, once you have input your full shipping address. Note that all international orders are capped at 2kg to due huge pricing variations. Please reach out.

Q&A

Can I build a box to save on shipping?

Yes! We are able to offer "build-a-box" to help save on postage. Items are paid for in full without postage. We will let you know when items have arrived (if preorder) or you can let us know when you would like your box emptied, and items sent. 

If you would like to build-a-box, reach out via the shop chat or send us an email and we will give you a special code to process your orders via the website

 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are packed within 24-48 hours of being placed for in-stock items. We have Australia Post pick ups on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If you need your order processed super fast, please reach out via the shop chat on our website or send us an email to hello@aussiediecast.com, and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

 

Why won't your website won't let me purchase cases and I live outside of Australia?

We prefer to be able to offer accurate postage for our overseas customers, and also be able to meet specific requests for those of you that use freight forwarders and consolidation services, and would like boxes to be as small and light as possible. Reach out via the shop chat on our website or send us and email and we will get a freight quote done quickly for you.
